Before the day
Everything still runs through you.
Paying for tools nobody opens.
Starting over whenever technology changes.
After the day
Systems your team owns and runs.
A setup connected to the work already happening.
Capability that compounds as tools change.
What owners say
Filmed at the end of the day, in the room, by the people who spent it building.
It's not even the time it saves me, it's getting it out of my headspace.
Built in 30 minutes what took 6 months.
I built a lead management system, lead nurture and a referral program in a day.
It was very easy to follow. Exactly what we needed.
Who this is for
Built for business owners, and the person they send to run the systems. Not a talk about AI. A day spent building it.
This is for you if
You have real work waiting, and you would rather build on that than on examples.
You want the work out of your head and the whole team running it.
You would rather own it than rent it every month or hand it to someone else.
You learn by doing, and one day in the room suits you better than a course.
You do not need
You bring the business context. We help identify what is worth building first, then build it with you.
No technical experience. The setup happens on your own laptop, with us beside you.
No experience with AI. People do not know how easy it can be until they are shown the right way.
"I felt like a dinosaur, now I have direction."An attendee, on video
This is the shape of every day. The hours are on each city’s ticket, and Luke and Harvey are in the room for all of it.
Request a placeA quiet start, with your own laptop on the table.
Our own setup goes onto your laptop. The same one we build with every week, and the only install you will need.
The software you already run, wired in and working on real jobs.
Luke, Harvey and the team at your table. You bring the business context. We build the first thing with you.
By now you have seen how it works. This one you drive, with us beside you.
Everyone sees what landed, and what each of us does with it next.
The setup and everything you built live on your own laptop.
Ownership
Installed and handed over in a day. The systems live on your own laptop, and the capability stays yours.
Businesses represented
Built in businesses like yours.
The Selr AI team
The same people who build these systems inside businesses are the ones sitting with you for the day.
Luke has been building AI systems for businesses since 2021, running his own companies on the same systems he builds for clients. He founded Selr AI to close the gap between what AI can do and what Australian businesses actually use it for. His rule is simple: show a working system, never a slide.
Harvey leads the development team behind every client build, turning scoped plans into systems that hold up in the real world. He sets the engineering standard across Selr, reviewing what ships and mentoring the developers who build it. His measure of done is whether it still works six months after handover.
Satyam is a lead developer building AI systems across client work, taking each build from first scope to a working install.
Chris is a lead developer across client engagements, building and refining the systems that come out of every install.
